This rare albino buck was
killed on August 6, 1955 in
Napa County. Albinism is
believed to be a product of in-
breeding and enough speci-
mens are on record to substan-
tiate this theory. However it
is a very rare phenomenon of
nature. The spread of antlers
measure 14 inches and he is a
forked horn. He was killed
by Herman Haus of Pope Val-
ley, California.
