Butterfly Trees Lodge
On the premises of the Butterfly Lodge are located the famous "Butterfly Trees"
of Pacific Grove. Each winter from early fall to spring, countless thousands of the
golden-brown winged visitors swarm in masses and hang in great clusters from the
limbs of tall pines on the grounds of the Lodge. The sight of this unusual and remark-
able phenomenon is an unforgettable experience for guests.
