The Leopard is found throughout the African
continent and ranks third in the Cat family.
This animal is fierce and blood-thirsty and
kills more than it can devour. It lies in am-
bush for its prey, which consists of almost
any animal it can overcome, though it is said
to evince a preference for dog flesh and that
of human beings.
