The illustration on the other side of our postcard
menu is taken from one of the paintings in "The
Thousand Buddha Caves" in Kansu Province of China
and is a classic example of art of the Sui Dynasty
(589-618 A. D.). This painting depicts a flying elf
presenting peaches symbolizing a long life.
