Meadows Building, Dallas, Texas Located on the North Central Expressway, the Meadows Building is unique in that it has the largest "hanging roof garden' outside Rockefeller Center. The building covers six acres, has parking for 500 cars. Built by the employees of the General American Oil Co. of Texas as a trust for employee pensions.
