The Sutro Railroad Co has acquired the charter granted to Adoph Sutro, Esq. for a road to run from the intersection of Central Avenue and Geary Street to the Cliff, with a branch line to the Park. Arrangements have been made by which the entire fare from the Ferries to the Cliff House will be FIVE CENTS. The People's Road. The Capital Stock is divided into forty thousand (40,000) shares, at $10. per Share payable in 5 installments. There are to be No bonds! No Debts! No Watered Stock.
