The walls throughout the entire building received four coats of paint, last coat stippled. The ceilings received three coats of flat wash- able wall paint. The lobby was highly de- corated in gold leaf, blue, and the lighter than stone colors. The lighting fixtures and exterior lamps, and ornamental iron work, laid-in in gold leaf and blue.
