Disaster
On the Eighth of September, Nineteen Chirty-four
Che good ship morro Castle, all afire went ashore,
On Asbury Park Beach, while a storm was raging high
And all through the city you could hear an alarming cry
We will always remember this great disaster and strife;
Let us also remember many loved ones lost their life.
