Nye County Court House

| NYE County's first court house was at lone form 1864 to 1867, then Belmont form 1867 to 1905. The rapid growth of Tonopah early in this century due to a silver rush forced the court house here. In the mid ground is the silver top head frame and ore loading works. In the left background can be seen deep snow in the Toiyabe National Forest. |
