The cake display, courtesy of Clark's Restaurant Enterprises, Inc., Seattle. The cake was mixed and baked by Van De Kamp's Holland Dutch Bakers. Decorations by Edison Technical School. Souvenir mailaway boxed portions of the fruit cake are sold at the site and Clark's Restaurants, Seattle. Weight: 25,000 pounds, plus decorations.
