Attracts thousands of visitors each fall who pick Halloween pumpkins from fields along the coast, and attend the Spanishtown Art and Pumpkin Festival. Proceeds go to the Main Street Committee for Beautification. One of the original homes overlooks the ocean in the oldest settlement in San Mateo County, called San Benito and Spanishtown before adopting the name of the crescent shaped bay.
