Clowning comes natural to Malayan sun bears in
unique grotto at Knowland Park Zoo. They are
among the dozens of lively animals, reptiles and
birds that provide a continuous show in the 525-
acre East Oakland park. Just off the MacArthur
Freeway, the colorful display attracts visitors
from around the world.
