Fishermen mend their nets under the shadow of Morro
Rock. Mending nets is a never ending task as they are
torn by rocks and other things found in the sea. The
nets are laid out on the wharf or on nearby streets
where the crews of the fishing boats sew the holes.
The cost of the nets runs into thousands of dollars.
