This redwood house was built in the
1880's when Aptos was a lumber camp
surrounded by apple orchards. After re-
cent renovation and enlargement it be-
came Sommer House - a gift and acces-
sories shop featuring handcrafted articles
from many countries and Sommer House
herb and spice products.
