Built from the hollowed-out log and stump of a
giant Redwood tree-a monument to lumbering,
Eureka's chief industry. Recently remodeled in-
side, it now houses the World Famous Cheese
House, featuring cheeses from all corners of the
world; gourmet foods, Redwood and Myrtlewood
Burl gift items, and souvenirs.
