Pacific coast contender for the heavy-
weight title. Meehan was born December
25, 1893, at San Francisco; height, 5 feet
9 inches; weignt, 185 pounds; color, white.
Meehan's greatest reputation comes from
the fact that twice he got point decisions
over the present champion-Jack Dempsey.
Willie is known as the "fat boy of the
coast” and he has made others who
