The Pacific School of Religion (interdenominational)
in Berkeley, California is one of the nation's out-
standing theological seminaries. Founded in 1866, it
is the oldest graduate school of religion west of the
Mississippi River. Its campus is located on a hilltop
near the University of California. In the background
can be seen the Golden Gate Bridge.
