June 30, 1950 - Commemorating an event which will attract more than 25,000 Boy Scouts from all parts of the country, this stamp shows the figures of three youths, representing the three age level programs of the Boy Scout Movement. In the background and to the right of the three scouts is the Statue of Liberty, symbolizing the Boy Scout Movements crusade: "To Strengthen the Arm of Liberty."
