"PETE'S HARBOR"
Redwood City, California
One of the few privately owned Harbors in
California this picturesque haven was created by
Pete Uccelli and has been serving Bay Area boat
and water enthusiasts since 1957. To bring this
enjoyment to the people Pete has had to overcome
a well-meaning but often rigid government bureauc-
racy but his thousands of friends knew adversity
could not stop a man such as he, for he is Redwood
City's "Free Soul”. Now over 80,000 people
annually enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of "Pete's
Harbor" particularly Pete himself.
