NORMAN KESTNER
Dear Friend:
For the past 15 years, as teacher, admin-
istrator, councilman, and Mayor of Concord,
l've met with many of you. Now I'd like you
to meet my wife, Patricia, and Ginny, Bobby
and Muffin.
As a State Assembly candidate, I pledge
myself to be constantly on the alert to lower
the costs of government, but at the same
time to be aware of the responsibilities that
government has to its citizens.
I plan to send newsletters and question-
naires to interested citizens, and will main-
tain regular office hours throughout the
district.
