For Lance Armstrong, a cancer survivor, yellow is more than just the
color of the Tour de France's leader jersey. Yellow is the color of hope,
courage and perseverance.
In celebration of and as a tribute to Lance Armstrong, Nike is leading
the efforts to raise $5 million for the Lance Armstrong Foundation
(LAF) through the sale of 5 million $1 yellow wristbands.
LIVESTRONG" — Lance's mantra is engraved on the wristbands.
The LAF believes that in the battle with cancer, knowledge is power
and attitude is everything. This fundraising campaign will support the
LAF's efforts to help young cancer survivors live strong.
