A one thousand bed general medical and surgical
hospital, constructed in 1951, is fourteen stories
high, located on twenty-eight acres of landscaped
grounds with a panorama view of the historic Hud-
son River and adjacent countryside. It is one of
the most modern and best equipped hospitals in the
country.
