KELLOGGʻS ALL-BRAN ROLLS
ALL-BRAN YEAST ROLLS: Put 1/2 cup shortening,
1/4 cup sugar, 2 cups Kellogg's All-Bran and 2 tea-
spoons salt in large mixing bowl; add 1 cup boiling
water and stir until shortening is melted. Let stand
until mixture is lukewarm. Stir in 2 well-beaten
eggs and 2 cakes of yeast which have been softened
in 1 cup lukewarm water. Add 3 cups sifted flour
and beat until smooth; add 3 (or more) additional
cups of flour and mix well. Let rise until double in
bulk; punch down. Form balls of dough to fill
greased muffin pans about half full. Let rise in a
warm place until double in bulk. Bake in hot oven
(425° F.) about 15 minutes. Yield 4 dozen rolls.
