The Rules adopted by S. CARO are :
FIRST- To do business on a Cash basis.
SECOND-To have a certain fixed percentage as a profit.
THIRD--This fixed percentage only to be added to the cost of Goods, and never deviate, under
any circumstances, from the fixed price.
FOURTH-To mark all Goods with the Selling Price in Plain Figures.
FIFTH-Never to misrepresent or conceal the faults of any article offered for sale.
SIXTH-To treat the customer buying a dollar's worth precisely the same as the one buying
a hundred.
SEVENTH-To press no Goods upon Customers, but only rely upon the laws of supply and demand.
EIGHTH-To exchange Goods cheerfully, and return money willingly, when unable to suit or
please a customer.
