THE 1979 CAL POLY ROSE FLOAT will
be seen in the 90th Pasadena Tournament
of Roses Parade on January 1, 1979. The
project is a joint effort of the students of
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly
Pomona, and is the only float in the parade
which is completely designed, constructed,
decorated, and financed by students. Many
of the materials used in building the float
are donated by business firms from across
the United States.
