Facing the southwest corner of the Temple of
Justice stands the Memorial Building. On No.
vember 11, 1922, this building was dedicated to
the World War Veterans. On this same location,
in the year 1823, William Holmes McGuffey,
author of the famous readers, conducted his
school.
