A DREAM COME TRUE

First the vision, then the accomplishment. This beau-
tiful painting of San Francisco's far-famed Golden Gate
hangs over the main entrance of Bank of America's
branch on Treasure Island, site of the Golden Gate
International Exposition. As the watcher sees the Clipp-
er come sailing proudly through the gate, the dream of
a great bridge which one day will span the strait
takes form. It is the actual completion of this bridge
and the other immense structure now bridging the bay
between San Francisco and Oakland that is being cele-
brated by the exposition on Treasure Island, which it-
self is another man-made triumph. Visitors will find
Bank of America's building a treasure house of beauty
as well as utility.
