WANTED FOR FORGERY!
Man giving name as Henry Miller-may change name; is a German or Scandinavian;
speaks with German or Danish accent; aged about forty-five years; height, five feet and
nine inches; weight, 175 pounds. Stout build; florid complexion, somewhat tanned; full
round, short face and broad low forehead; brown hair and very thin on top of head;
medium brown stubby mustache; eyes, dull looking blue or gray.
On October 13th he wore a dark faded coat; gray vest, and brown or bluish, cheap
pants-looked like jeans; had on a long dark tie with round pin placed low on tie; claimed
to be a blacksmith and looking for work. Walks with toes slightly turned in.
He goes to Banks, buys Revenue Stamps, and gets Blank Checks and writes Checks
on which he attempts to Raise Money. He is at present carrying some Blank Drafts
on the Capitol Savings and Trust Bank of Bassett & Smith, Sacramento, Cal.
Arrest, Hold and Notify at my Expense, I Hold Warrant for Felony
