OR TURNELL, a travelling piano tuner and band teacher; 30 years
old; 5 feet 7 inches tall; weighs 125 pounds; very slender; bushy black hair,which
he waves after the manner of Polish pianists when he is leading a band; smooth
shaven when last seen about April 15th; dark complexion; when he left here was
wearing a dark suit and black derby hat. Tournell borrowed and failed to return
a chubby horse, branded "S. L" on left hip, weighs 900 pounds; right hind foot
white; hitched to a Babcock road wagon, black body and dark green gear, top
torn on right side. The above reward will be paid for the arrest of the man and
recovery of the rig.
