We take pleasure in announcing the following stockholders who have consented to serve
as members of the Executive Committee:
A. MACDONALD KERR, Pierce-Arrow Sales Company, 1000 Geary St., San Fran-
cisco, present member of Board of Directors of the Daily News Corporation and owner of
A, B, and C stock therein.
F. F. Grant, prominent attorney located at 510 Bancroft Building, San Diego, former
member of Board of Directors of the Daily News Corporation and one of the original in-
corporators of that company.
CHAS. A. COLE, prominent oil operator of Los Angeles, holder of A, B, and C stock
in the Daily News Corporation.
Two additional members will be announced shortly. The three gentlemen herein named
have been very active in your behalf since the collapse of Vanderbilt Newspapers, Inc., as
you will recall.
Hundreds of others have joined this organization. Many attorneys who have investi-
gated the Committee's activities have recommended that their clients join with us.
ACTION IS POSITIVELY ASSURED. We advise those of you who have not already
joined the Committee to do so immediately, as our books will soon be closed and none
others admitted.
