THE INTERNATIONAL BUREAU OF
AMERICAN REPUBLICS is maintained
by the twenty-one Anerican Republics, in-
cluding the United States, for the develop-
ment of Pan-American commerce, friend-
ship and peace. The new building, to be
completed in September, 1909, will cost
$1,000,000. The officers are: John Barrett,
