Little Harbor on the rugged wind ward side of
Catalina Island was once a large village site for the
Catalina Indians. From 1894 to 1927, a small Inn
above Little Harbor was an overnight rest stop on
the stagecoach trip from Avalon to the Isthmus.
Today beautiful Little Harbor is a popular camp-
ground and yacht anchorage.
