The Companies having adopted the following form for use in ARIZONA AND
525 (Oct. 1936) Supplemental Contract. Extension of Coverage to include loss or
damage caused by Explosion, Riot, Aircaft, Motor Vehicles, Smoke,
Hail and Windstorm, including the Waiver of Fallen Building Clause.
all agents in those States have been mailed by this Bureau an initial supply of said
form.
Above form has now been adopted for use in all Pacific Coast States.
