CHARLES T. "Chuck" COLLINS is radio artist for
Industrial Federal Savings & Loan Association at
1630 Stout St., Denver 2, Colorado. An accomplished
pianist, singer and a cheerful philosopher, he has
been blind since he was 5 years old. But to Chuck
that is no handicap- he goes about Denver unaccom-
panied - and without cane or seeing-eye dog. Chuck's
cheery voice and bright melodies are on two Denver
radio stations.
