The hospital was opened on August, 1958 with 76
beds. The addition of a 42 bed Convalescent and
Nursing Care Section was completed on March 1,
1965. The Community Memorial Hospital is owned
by over 4,000 stock-holders of the community, and
operated by its elected Directors.
