Showing Proposed Lincoln Memorial. This imposing structure spans the C. & N. W. R. R. tracks at the foot of Mason Street and Wisconsin Avenue, making accessible the new Beach Drive leading to Lake Park. The large acreage of filled in land when fully developed, will make Juneau Park one of Milwaukee's most beautiful parks. At the curve on the bridge, is shown the proposed Lincoln Memorial, which, when completed, will further enhance this monumental concrete bridge, length of span 217 feet, width 81 feet, length of incline to Lake shore Drive 864 feet. |
