  Every new years eve my aunt and uncle would take our family there for an early dinner. I remember the ceiling was covered in balloons. They had a waterfall and life sized diorama with a horse and carriage. They gave us noisemakers and balloons to take home. Then they were flooded and I was there once more and the horse had high water marks on its legs. It was an annual experience that we all looked forward to. My father worked while my mom stayed home so while we always had enough going out to eat was rare. It was truly an event. Great memories
