| Northward rise the Franklin Mountains, a range of bare craggy peaks the highest o which reaches an elevation of 7,167 feet. Ranger Peak Aerial Tramway rides you to the top of one of these peaks. From the top you can see three states - The Mexican State of Chihuahue and Texas and new Mexico - Two Countries, United States and Old Mexico and the Rio Grande River that divides the two Countries at this point. |
