HAYDEN PLANETARIUM- CROSS-SECTION OF THE BUILDING Here is a stylized cross-section drawing of the Hayden Planetarium. On the first floor the Hall of the Sun is the central room, and a corridor of astronomical exhibits surrounds it. Above, more exhibits surround the Planetarium cham- ber, in which one sees so realistic a reproduction of the night sky, and hears a lecturer talk on some phase of that fascinating subject, astronomy.
