FIRST CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH Sometimes
known as the "Two Horned Church" because of
its twin towers, houses the oldest congregation in
Marietta, Ohio. The first church, of frame con-
struction, dedicated 1807, was destroyed by fire
in 1905. In 1906 at the same spot, (318 Front St.),
a new brick bld. of the same architectural design
was erected. Only remnant used from the old
church, is the bell in South tower of the new
church.
