monument to the memory of the Hou. Charles A. Russell,
the Norwich Post Office was opened to the public February
220, 1905. The building, which cost abont $ 110,000, is of
Corinthiau desigu, based with brick, topped with limestone
to the nain floor, above which is brick faced with terra cotta.
