The William Bennett Bizzell Library, Oklaho-
ma's Crown Jewel, home of a million manu-
scripts and over half a million books, is the
heart of the University of Oklahoma, a monu-
ment to the builders, William Bennett Bizzell
and Jesse L. Rader. The Library, a Gothic-
type structure, where the lofty ideals and wis-
dom of these two founders prevail, may be tak-
en the pulse of the student body of the Univer-
sity of Oklahoma.
