The Memorial Tower is the finest example of
Gothic architecture in the Midwest. It was built
in memory of the Missouri alumni and students
who lost their lives in World War I. The structure
was dedicated and presented to the University in
1926.
The white-limestone building was completed in
1952 and dedicated to graduates and former
students who lost their lives in World War II.
