The Scottish Rite Cathedral, situated on the N. E. corner
of 22nd Street and Avenue F, Galveston, Texas, is the home
of Texas Consistory No. 1 and Co-ordinate Bodies of Ancient
and Accepted Rite of Freemasonry, and is the first building in
Texas occupied by and devoted exclusively to the member-
ship of that Rite.
