full size double beds, shower bath, lavatory, hot
and cold water in every room, electric lights and
steam heat, in winter. Community kitchen. Natural
gas free, Iron doors with Yale locks; you lock
everything up, including the car; take the key and
go to the movies or wherever you please. Fine
community house 20 by 50 feet. An attendant all
the time, also police protection. Certified drinking
water from artesian wells 1000. ft. deep.
