The house of Mr. Vandeveer occupies four city blocks. This
iew is from the southwest. The principal street of the city ends
t the south line of the grounds. From the east front there is a
iew for blocks down the street. Built of Illinois Brick, covered with
hree-fourth inch of Light Gray Granite Waterproofed “Stonekote"
loat finish. All of the surface has been acid washed to show the
parkle of the granite aggregates. There are more than Twenty-five
lundred yards of “Stonekote” surface on the House, Garage and
Barn. The Fountain at the west, the Swimming Pool and Pavilion
It the east are all “Stonekote” castings. “Stonekote” is a plastic
Portland Cement (without lime) scientifically manufactured, ready
o use. You do not need to rely on a laborer to make the material.
You can have your choice of five hundred shades of color. You

Marble Float, all of them waterproofed. In sending for samples
