The St. Louis Unit of the Shriners' Hospital is
located at Kingshighway and Clayton Avenues
opposite Forest Park, opened Apr. 8, 1924 has
a 100 bed capacity, supported by the Shriners
of North America and the purpose is to provide
free and skilled attention to crippled children
under 14 years of age whose parents are unable
to pay for
for expert medical service.
