Pennsylvania R, R. Station, 30th Street
Is one of the few stations in the United
States at which daily trains leave in all direc-
tions of the compass. At present there are
more than a thousand train movements through
this station in a 24 hour period.
The station proper is 328 feet by 638 feet.
The main concourse is a vast room 295 feet
long by 134 feet wide, with a ceiling 97 feet
high.
