On reverse side is a copy of the Architect's
Drawing of the two structures for laymen's
retreat purposes. To the right the 100 private
room building. To the left the original private
home of Mr. Francis Peabody purchased by
the Franciscan Fathers and in which retreats
were conducted for the last twenty-five years.
Both structures will serve in future for week-
end laymen retreats.
