Located at Thirtieth Street and White River,
a training station for Indiana naval reserves,
cost $500,000. The drill hall, 20,000 square
feet, has a gun turret, bridge and balcony. Each
wall is adorned with a mural painting depicting
an American naval battle scene. Names of Amer-
ican naval heroes are carved on the front, rear
and sides of the building.
